**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers
- Determine customers requirements, brainstorm creative and efficient methods to meet them
- Plan around customer needs, control ambiguity and unforeseen changes
- Create and work with 2D and 3D designs
- Design for and operate digital fabrication machines such as the CNC router and laser cutter, as well as traditional power and hand tools

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A passion for making and maker culture.
- Eager and willing to add to one’s knowledge base and skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a team.
- Must have basic computer skills and a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
