**Physician Service Coordinator**

Are you a people-person who loves helping others and making a real difference? We're looking for a **Coordinator** to join our team and help doctors and clinics navigate one of the biggest milestones in their careers: transitioning or closing their practice.

At **MedScan**, we support healthcare professionals by offering simple, caring, and tailored guidance as they move towards retirement or downsize their operations. You'll connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and recommend solutions that help protect patient records and ensure a smooth transition — no hard selling, just helpful conversations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A strong communicator - you’re approachable, confident on Zoom, and great at building rapport.
- A problem solver - you enjoy helping clients find the right solution based on their situation.
- Organized & detail-oriented - you can juggle multiple client files and keep things moving smoothly.
- Tech-comfortable - you’re happy troubleshooting basic account access issues or explaining simple tools.
- Fast typing - 60+ WPM preferred.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation - this role is based in our Port Coquitlam office.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Hosting Zoom meetings with physicians and clinic teams to guide them through their transition process.
- Recommending records management and digitization services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Being a trusted advisor - answering questions and providing reassurance along the way.
- Tracking client projects, ensuring follow-ups are done, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Supporting doctors as they make important decisions about their practice and patient records.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
