**Position Summary**

Westlock Powersports & Marine Inc. is seeking a full-time Online Sales Associate to join our team. This _**product sales role**_ will be responsible for selling to leads sourced from the company’s website, social media presence. This position will also be responsible for assisting to manage the company’s sales funnel and ensuring that customers are responded to quickly and efficiently.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with customers to sell Marine and powersports products via online channels.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with products, services.
- Assist in maintaining company standards, policies, procedures, and workflows for the website as a whole
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the business needs of the online team

**Experience**:

- No sales experience required.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written. Ability to communicate effectively with customers & co-workers. Ability to listen carefully & understand complex information. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a small business environment is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
