Westlock Powersports & Marine is an authorized BRP Dealer (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road), as well as a Cub Cadet, EZ Loader, Karavan Trailers, Mako, Mercury Motors, Nitro, Ranger, Regency, Sun Tracker, Tahoe, Tracker, and Tracker Off Road dealership in Westlock, AB. We offer a large selection of new ATVs, side x sides, snowmobiles, and Jet Skis, along with a wide variety of pre-owned models. In addition to these major units, we carry a wide range of soft goods and retail items for each brand.

We are located at 10331 105th Street in Westlock, AB in association with Precision Design and Manufacturing.

WPM is actively looking for a Sales Manager who is eager to take their sales career to the next level and become a part of our management team in beautiful Westlock, Alberta

Our next ideal Sales Manager has been in the industry for a few years. You’re excellent with people and processes. You’ll be our Sales Associates go-to person to train and coach them through the sale. You want to have a long and successful career with a dealership that is committed to seeing you succeed and achieve your own personal and professional goals.
- Key Responsibilities: _
- You will be expected to develop and manage our sales teams multi-year growth strategies for WPM across our product lines.
- Actively participate in the development of sales strategy across all brands working closely with the rest of our team.
- Work with Clients to provide them with the highest standard of service and set an example for our sales team.
- Routinely collaborate with the marketing team to arrive at recommendations supported by data and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with our suppliers.

- Qualifications: _
- Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in Sales with an emphasis in Powersports or Automotive.
- Minimum 1 year in a management role working in a similar industry.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain management.
- Demonstrates understanding of sales processes.
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience with a CRM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
