Chilliwack, Canada Little Footsteps Child Care Centre Full time

Little Footsteps Child Care Centre is a licensed facility offering Preschool, Daycare, Infant/Toddler and School Age Care located in central Chilliwack, BC. We are looking for an ECE or ECE A and a Responsible Adult (School Age Caregiver) to join our team to support and enhance our programs. We follow a theme-based learning curriculum in a play-based environment.

**Job Details**:
One part time position and one full time position available.
- Monday to Friday up to 8 hrs/day between 7AM and 6 PM.
- Immediate start date.
- Competitive wages and benefit package.
- Position may require substituting in other programs within our facility.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Be enthusiastic about teaching and learning.
- Demonstrate ability to successfully and collaboratively work with a team.
- Exhibit a willingness to try and learn new things.
- Possess a valid ECE, ECE A or Responsible Adult certificate.
- Provide a clear criminal record check.
- Provide two professional references.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide quality care by guiding, encouraging, and supervising children both indoors and outdoors, ensuring children’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist in housekeeping duties to ensure facilities and equipment are neat, safe and clean/sanitized.
- Ensure that the program meets, implements, and maintains both the health and safety requirements of the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
