**Overview**

Only those with their full ECE IT or ECE who is taking their IT or who is waiting on their IT through the BC Registry will be contacted for a interview.

**Responsibilities**
- Educate and engage children in a variety of learning activities tailored to their developmental needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring less experienced staff members.
- Create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate working persons with disabilities.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
- A commitment to inclusivity and the ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
