**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present sushi dishes using fresh ingredients while adhering to traditional techniques.
- Ensure the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on current trends in sushi preparation and presentation to enhance menu offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary, sharing knowledge about sushi dishes, and accommodating special requests.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, particularly those related to Japanese cuisine.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation are essential.
