**We are looking for a full time Warehouse & Purchasing Manager to join our team, and help support & organize our Field Staff, Service Technicians, and Construction Crew activities from our dynamic and vital home base in Markham.**
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the President, The Purchasing and Warehouse Manager will oversee inventory management and warehouse operations. It is their duty to make sure that all service providers and construction crews have sufficient stock for smooth daily operations to minimize foreseeable delays. Working in teams and crews in a variety of disciplines.
**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage inventory tracking system to record delivery, shipments, and stock levels
- Conduct day to day purchasing of material needed for construction, service, and maintenance
- Ensure sufficient stock levels (minimize excessive surplus) for scheduled work to go ahead without delay
- Communicate with the Service and Maintenance teams and Construction Manager to ensure they have required inventory and anticipate future inventory needs
- Receive and record new stock as it is delivered and shipped out
- Analyze new shipments for any quality issues
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost effectiveness and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Report on inventory levels, and supply chain issues to President
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse daily
- Manage, train and lead any warehouse employees to ensure completion of tasks
- Provide candid feedback on a timely basis and is focused on developing and empowering high performing teams

- Experience in Inventory Management

**Mandatory Requirements**:
- A G or G2 Drivers license
- Be available Monday - Friday for full shift (6:45am - 5pm), Saturdays if you are available.
- Must be able to get to the office each morning by 6:45am
- Must work safely and follow safety guidelines and rules
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
