You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers. As a Store Front Associate you will assist with all store merchandise stocking, facing and organizing, as well as cashiering when needed.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY: STOREFRONT ASSOCIATE - RABBA FINE FOODS - (Full Time Permanent positions for overnight shifts)

Location: 695 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, M5G 0C3

**Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- **
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services required.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing payments made via cash, debit, credit and/or vouchers.
- Rotate current stock, merchandise effectively by filling up the display space in an appealing and impactful manner to have a positive shopper buying behavior.
- Understand and follow all pertinent Food Safety guidelines, procedures and requirements. Must have Board of Health Foodservice Certificate.
- Engage and interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, ability to upsell and delivering on great customer service.
- Receive, stock, merchandise, face, store and organize shipments.
- Updating price labels & Point of Sale material placements.
- Provide best in class customer service, resolving customer complaints when needed.
- Store maintenance including; sweeping, moping and dusting.
- Performs other duties as required.

**Educational /Technical Experience**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Experience in the grocery industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills and detail oriented.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, vendors and store management.
- Health and Safety trained.
- Highly attentive to details, high awareness level.
- May be required to be on one's feet for extended periods of time.

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5G 0C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
