We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to cover the Lower Mainland region. This position is remote, with travel required within the territory.
Key Responsibilities **Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland.** Develop relationships with architects, builders, property managers, and business owners. **Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure deals meet margin and delivery standards.** Collaborate closely with Urban Sign’s production and project management teams. **Track and manage leads, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.**
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins. **Attend site visits, trade shows, and networking events to build the brand presence.**
Requirements **3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within signage, manufacturing, or construction-related industries.** Experience working remotely and managing a defined territory. **Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland.** Experience with CRM systems is an asset. Compensation: This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total compensation determined based on experience and performance. High-performing sales professionals will find significant earning potential and growth opportunities within our expanding national operation.
Pay: $70,000.00-$107,746.69 per year
