**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Level 3 technical escalation support
- Technology alignment for our clients including the design, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructures, ensuring the security and integrity of all IT systems, and implementing robust cybersecurity measures and risk management strategies.
- Help develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Help manage a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to encourage growth and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organizations we service to identify technology needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Keep up to date with emerging technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant work experience may be a substitute
- 8 - 12 years of experience in IT service delivery and/or management
- Preference for those with prior MSP experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, Server Administrator or ITSM role.
- Proven track record in the successful development and implementation of IT strategies and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Valid Alberta Driver's License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
