**Your days will include**:

- Review and approve EFT, wire and ACH payment batches
- Prepare and upload payments in the bank
- Vendor EFT set up
- Review and implement automation of accounting processes and reporting
- Supervise and support staff
- Prepare and analyze various month end reports
- Perform GL reconciliations monthly
- Prepare accruals and journal entries
- Projects as assigned

**To succeed in this role, you need to possess**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accounting an asset
- 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Great Plains an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Prior staff supervision an asset
