Province: Steinbach, ManitobaPosition: Auto Insurance SpecialistDeadline: January 29, 2026Posted: December 11, 2025 Job Description / Duties The Auto Insurance Specialist I is primarily responsible for processing basic insurance transactions and auto policies. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities This position processes basic insurance transaction and auto policies. Processes auto and basic insurance transactions under the supervision of a more senior licensed broker. Identifies client needs and provides information on basic insurance products such as risk coverage, benefits and other policy features best suited to meet the client's needs; works with clients to manage and reduce their risk. Recommends and implements a client’s insurance coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio/Interlake Insurance products and services. Support the achievement of department and organizational goals as well as actively participates in regular staff meetings. Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment. Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to organizational policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.
