**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory management control procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts, review inventory records and transactions for accuracy, investigate and report variances to management.
- Manages inventory tracking system, analyzes and monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate inventory, preventing shortage or overstock.
- Plan, schedule, and communicate established cycle count schedule for all locations, ensuring proper inventory procedures are being adhered to.
- Provide input on interior store designs, set-ups, and merchandise or product placements.
- Communicate with management to ensure business goals are met and potential inventory problems are identified and resolved.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy of inventory.
- Assist in ordering and replenishment of merchandise, keep track and receive shipments.
- Coordinate product transfers between all locations as needed.
- Provide guidance and training to staff as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Some secondary or post-secondary education in any related field is an asset.
- Previous supervisory or related position.
- Strong coordination and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring work accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple demands of the job
- Customer service skills. Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations of both internal and external customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $17.76-$30.07 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
