**About the Role**:
The role of a general cleaner is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential and commercial spaces. Here's an overview of the responsibilities associated with this role:

- **Cleaning**: Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy.
- **Sanitizing**: Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
- **Trash Removal**: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated receptacles, ensuring that waste is properly managed and disposed of according to company guidelines and regulations.
- **Restocking Supplies**: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restroom amenities, and replenish them as needed to ensure that facilities are well-stocked at all times.
- **Maintenance**: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution, such as leaky faucets, broken fixtures, or damaged flooring.
- **Adherence to Health and Safety Standards**: Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while performing cleaning duties.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and tenants, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and efficient manner.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for all basic and deep cleaning in residences or office buildings assigned
- Vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, offices cleaning dyers and washing tunnels, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans or recycling bins
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors with custodial equipment
- Clean and disinfect commercial equipment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas for commercial cleaning clients
- Deep clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and appliances as requested by clients
- Washes windows and mirrors
- Wipes down and sanitizes all surfaces in residential and commercial cleaning
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and disinfectants
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as required
- Execute all work in a safe, professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in commercial and residential cleaning is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
