Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing various cleaning tasks in our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our employees and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
- Perform routine inspections to identify areas that require attention or maintenance
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
