**About Us**
Superior Child is a company committed to providing high-quality education for students aged 3-16. We focus on fostering the development of students' potential through various learning experiences. Our school promotes the concepts of _Potential Development_ and _Multiple Intelligences_ to help every child discover their unique abilities.
We have six specialized centers within our school: Music Center, Dancing Center, Art Center, STEM Center, Sports Center, and Language Center. Our students have the opportunity to explore and engage in a variety of classes in one location, allowing them to develop a broad range of skills.

**Requirements**
- 1+ years of teaching experience in Taekwondo (preferred)
- Certification in Taekwondo (e.g., Black Belt or higher)
- Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills
- Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate Taekwondo lessons for children aged 3-16
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead students in both group and individual settings
- Fluent English speaker (Mandarin speakers are also welcome)
- Experience preparing students for Taekwondo competitions, demonstrations, and grading exams
- Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to the overall growth of the sports center
- Expected to work on-site; this is not a remote position
**Responsibilities Include**
- Plan and implement Taekwondo program activities based on children’s developmental needs and skill levels
- Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for all students
- Motivate students to excel in Taekwondo through dynamic instruction
- Prepare students for public performances, competitions, and exams
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure well-rounded student development
- Demonstrate leadership in promoting a healthy and disciplined approach to Taekwondo training
- Flexibility and creativity in teaching style to meet the diverse needs of students

Pay: $17.05-$41.89 per hour
