- Resolve guest complaints or inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process guest payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system, including cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food products.
- Go the extra mile for special occasions and dietary needs.
**Experience**
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or the restaurant industry is required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
