**Overview**:

- **Seeking for Part-Time and Full -Time workers.**_

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Assist in the inventory management of food supplies, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
- Can also jump in the front and be customer-facing to take orders and handle customer requests.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.
