**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a **Social Media Specialist** to help grow our digital presence, engage our community, and support our brand goals.

You will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and foster meaningful connections with our audience. You'll play a key role in developing strategies, analyzing performance, and keeping our brand presence fresh and relevant.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Manage Corporate Social Media**
- Develop and execute a social media strategy based on research and audience insights.
- Create, publish, and share content daily across platforms.
- Optimize company pages and maintain an editorial calendar.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.

**2. Engage with Our Community**
- Respond to comments and messages promptly and in brand voice.
- Foster conversations and community growth across all channels.
- Collaborate with designers and stay connected to our dealer network.

**3. Collaborate Across Teams**
- Align social media activities with marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
- Support product launches, events, and cross-functional projects.
- Assist in planning and promoting internal and external events.

**4. Stay Current**
- Monitor trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Suggest new ideas and content opportunities to keep our presence vibrant.
- Track competitors and industry activity to inform strategy.

**Education & Experience**:

- 2-4 years in social media management or digital marketing (experience in lifestyle, home design, or manufacturing is an asset).
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience using analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Strong written communication, photography, and video production skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
