- Lecture $7,536.71 (4% vacation pay $301.47) Total - $7,838.18 (3 credit course)._

- Lab $1,884.71 plus 4% vacation ($75.38) = $1,960.09 (.75 credit)_
**Course Description**
- This course is designed to examine the multifaceted approaches and methods used in the effective deployment and management of human resources.
- Topics such as strategic human resource management, corporate culture, performance management, employment equity, pay equity, human rights, organizational development and behaviour, and labour-management relations are explored, amongst other relevant issues challenging the effective management of the human asset.
**Qualifications**
- MBA or related Master's degree and demonstrated proficiency with case method instruction.
- Applicants must have a CHRP, CHRL, CHRE designation.
