- Lecture $7,536.71 (4% vacation pay $301.47) Total - $7,838.18 (3 credit course)._

- Lab $1,884.71 plus 4% vacation ($75.38) = $1,960.09 (.75 credit)_
**Course Description**
- The course provides an understanding of the complex role that compensation and reward systems play in organizational success.
- An introduction to the development of a compensation reward system design consistent with organizational strategies and goals will be examined.
- The course demonstrates the importance and effectiveness of compensation and reward systems given the highly competitive and resource constrained environment facing most organizations.
**Qualifications**
- MBA with Specialization in Human Resource Management or closely related area. CHRP, CHRL, CHRE or CPA with demonstrated practical business experience managing compensation systems.
