**As a AS400 Operator, you will be**:

- Independently Manage the weekly/monthly payroll cheque printing and trades/subs payment processing.
- Supporting hardware and software maintenance, as well as vendor engagement for cheque printing operations.
- Assisting in the administration and maintenance of IBM iSeries servers and multiple partitions.
- Supporting backup and restore management, tape management, file transfer integration, PTF management, job monitoring and recovery, hardware maintenance and optimization, as well as installations and upgrades.
- Providing first-level support to end-users to address and resolve system issues.

**This is the right role if you**:

- Possess a university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 years of full-time industry experience as an AS/400 System Operator in Finance domain and safe handling of PII data.
- Possess hands-on experience with AS/400 commands and operations of Printer Hardware
- Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic embodying an undistracted focus, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring service delivery that is secure, high-performing, and sustainable.
- Can effectively handle highly demanding stakeholders and competing priorities with ease and composure.
