**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the owner and occasionally lead a small team to complete daily lawn care and landscaping tasks efficiently
- Perform lawn maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, aerating, fertilizing, etc.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as push/stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on job sites
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials to job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **2+ years of experience in lawn care**, landscaping, or a similar outdoor labor role
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- A person with mechanical knowledge, especially with small machinery would be a strong asset
- Horticultural knowledge is preferred but not required
- Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and guide a team is an asset
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Must be physically fit in order to carry out the required tasks
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- **Valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation is a must**:

- Someone interested in growing with the company and returning for multiple seasons
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Non-smoker is preferred

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly wage ($17 - 21/ hr)
- Pay raises available for good performance, demonstration of mechanical repair knowledge and/or horticultural knowledge
