**Position**
Acting as a liaison by playing a hands-on role in defining requirements and ensuring the stakeholders needs are met, the Project Coordinator maintains clear communication between them and the IT department; they should therefore be organized and autonomous, with an ability to work comfortably independently as well as in a team setting.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a resource for your assigned internal departments’ IT-related questions, inquiries, and requests
- Participate in meetings with various departments across the organization when required;
- Demo new features, fixes or enhancements to end users;
- Acknowledge, collect, and assess information provided by end-users or departments across the company and formulate clear, concise instructions or tasks for our developers;
- Create, organize and standardize Initiatives and Epics related to quarterly or team objectives for the development team so they are tackled by priority;
- Ensure project plans and requests are well-defined and complete before handing them off to the development team;
- Carry out post-mortems when required;
- Suggest and implement new processes for improving workflows and minimizing possible impacts related to unforeseen or unplanned work;
- Ensure the continuous improvement of our practices in order to achieve our objectives.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma
- 3 years experience in project management
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- Bilingualism (French/English, spoken and written);
- Knowledge of the IT project development cycle;
- Basic understanding of the product development cycle;
- Knowledge of different IT technologies (Language and software development);
- Knowledge of Agile techniques (Scrum an asset);
- Knowledge of Jira software or equivalent.
