Senior Project Manager - Technology and Infrastructure - SAP

Contract Role; renewable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the project / program is delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standard
- Lead, frame and coordinate initiatives and project, launch activities
- Establish key performance indicators and produce required reports
- Identify, document, and monitor major risks that could impact IT portfolio evolution
- Identify, document, and resolve project/program issues in a timely manner
- Contribute and validate business case analysis.
- Prepare recommendations, based on project performance and financial objectives, on projectlaunch/extension or stop.
- Manage project/program finances. Understand financial impact in relation to departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Project and Operational teams
- Manage relationship with stakeholders and IT partners for project delivery
- Establish project/program governance and organization
- Ensure compliance to PMO methodology throughout the project/program lifecycle
- Be able to travel occasionally if needed (0-5% of the time)

**Skills Required**:

- SAP ECC experience 5+ years’ experience, minimum 3 years
- SAP S4 experience - at least one implementation
- Large scale project management experience (preferably $5-10M+)
- Experience in delivering SAP-related Technology & Infrastructure projects is Mandatory - including:

- Leading a team for SAP sizing, landscape management, installations
- Leading a team to deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow)
- Leading a team of Architects and Analysts to design the SAP & ecosystem landscape/infrastructure
- Experience working in a complex environment, including several system integrators
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management of IT projects
- Experience working in large corporations
- Experience working as a PM in a large Program
- Structured and good documentation skills for minutes of meetings, maintaining RAID logs, reports
- Good communicator in English, French nice to have
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard
- Ability to work in a global organization with resources near shore and off shore
- Ability to work with other PMs from clients and vendors
- Manage teams that are not dedicated to the projects (multiple assignments) and manage vendor scope of work

**Education and Tools**:

- Project Management and PMP
- Can use tools such as Microsoft Project Online, SAP Activate and JIRA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $85.00-$120.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 7 years (required)

- PMP (preferred)
