Are you organized, have strong administrative and customer service skills and looking to be part of a supportive and dynamic team? Westlock Motors Collision is looking for a temporary Body Shop Administrator to join our team. **_T_**_his is a full-time, TEMPORARY position with an approximate term ending date of May 2026._**

The Body Shop Administrator is responsible for appointment bookings, greeting and assisting our customers in-person or over the phone, preparing estimates, coordinating with insurance companies and more.

**What You'll Do**:

- Support the Estimator by accurately beginning/preparing estimates
- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs, with regular customer follow-up
- Liaise with various insurance companies regarding coverage and submission of the repair work
- Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files
- Provide other general administrative support as required

**What You Bring**:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills including strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous collision administration experience or experience in insurance coordination is not required, however considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license
