**Duties**
- Greet and seat customers promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while checking on customers’ needs throughout their dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration are necessary for success in this role.
