We are seeking a passionate Technical Product Manager to take the reins of our analytics team roadmap. You don't just follow trends, you create them. Your mission? To lead the vision of our reporting offering and our data warehouse, placing the user at the heart of every decision. Collaborate with talented teams, guide strategic choices, and look beyond features to create value for our enterprise customers.

The Technical Product Manager will report to the VP of Engineering and will work closely with the product management team.

**_ You will be responsible for:_**
- **Defining the vision of our analytics module**: Establish and maintain a clear vision for the module, ensuring it aligns with the strategic objectives of the company and market expectations.
- **Managing the product lifecycle**: From design to market launch, through various iterations and improvements based on user feedback. You will own the prioritization of the roadmap.
- **Collaborating closely with teams**: Be the liaison between developers, product managers, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication. One of the challenges of the analytic teams is to align its roadmap with the deliverables of the engineering team.
- **Analyzing product performance**: Use data to understand usage and the impact of features, and adjust the development plan/vision accordingly.
- **Conducting user research**: Deeply understand user needs and behaviors to guide the development of relevant solutions.

**_What you bring to the table:_**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in product management, as a business analyst or data engineer in a B2B company.
- **Technical Skills**:Strong SQL knowledge and understanding on how to design a data warehouse (Kimball and Inmon). Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly, motivating a team and support our customers.
- **Language Skills**: Full professional proficiency in French and English.
- **Education**: Degree in management, computer science, or equivalent.
