**Essential Functions**

Color matching, formulating colors.

Mixing paint to proper ratios to make ready to spray for priming and painting.

Trouble shooting of equipment.

Dailey /Weekly maintenance of spray equipment.

Weekly maintenance of spray booths (cleaning, changing filters ).

Practice safe handling of all painted products.

Wear all appropriate gear required for mixing and painting ( safety glasses, paint suit, gloves and respirators or fresh air systems that is supplied )

Follow all rules and regulations required for paint handling and storing.

Ability to give directions to preppers in daily operations in loading and unloading the booths.

**Qualifications**

Previous experience using a spray gun in an industrial setting.

Ability to work in a fast - paced environment.

Ability to preform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads.

Experience with hand tools and power tools.

Read, write, and speak English.

Self -motivated.

Works well in a team and independently.

**Physical Demands**

May be required o stand for long periods of time.

May involve some repetitive motions.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

May also engage in frequent bending, stopping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.
