- The position includes:

- Full-Time Hours
- Paid Driving Time to Job Sites (Bi-weekly Gas Cards Provided)
- Bonus Incentives
- Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting/staining projects and will be a pro in no time
- Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable

**Payment Structure**:

- We offer a base rate ranging from $20-24/hour
- High-performance bonuses available

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality
- Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project
- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner
- Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients
