Automotive Service Manager

Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Manage a team of service technicians and support staff

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an automotive service role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations
**Summary**
In the role of Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient automotive repair operations. Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
