**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support QA activities related to production and regulatory compliance
- Handle daily purchase orders (PO) and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and regulatory agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate records for QA and regulatory files
- Ensure compliance with CFIA and NHPD requirements
- Assist with cost estimation and product development planning
- Communicate effectively in English; Chinese language ability is an asset
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with natural health product formulation, production, and cost budgeting
- Experience in import/export trade, especially in the Canadian market
- Knowledge of CFIA and NHPD processes and documentation
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,400.00-$3,800.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
