**Shift Type**:Private Homes
- Must have a recent Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate is considered an asset

**As A Companion You Will**
- May include but is not limited to, providing companionship and social/emotional support to clients and their families, sharing experiences, accompanying clients to medical appointments, grocery store and errands, recreational and /or social events
- Assisting clients with plans for visits and outings, organizing and reading mail, teaching/performing meal planning and preparation
- Performing light housekeeping and accompanying client on walks
- Reminding clients to take medication and meals
- Companion services shall not include any personal or hands-on care
