We have a great opportunity for a **Receptionist** to join our team at the Business Development Centre Located in the Waverley Auto Mall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promptly answer phone calls in a warm and inviting manner
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate dealerships or departments
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties
- Record data in a customer tracking program
- Answer basic customer inquiries or direct customer to appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Proficient in computer skills
- Highly motivated
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday
