As a **Supply Chain, Co-Op Student (12-month term)** with Trans Mountain, you will be supporting Supply Chain team members in delivery Supply Chain services to the internal customers.
This opportunity is open to post-secondary students who are currently enrolled in their 3rd year of studies and is part of a Co-op Program.
This position is based in our Calgary office and will report to the Manager, Supply Chain.
**The position will begin in January 2026 with a term length of 12 months.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Contract Specialist(s) for various activities of Contract Management lifecycle including:
- Strategy Development
- Sourcing
- Contract Formation
- Contract Administration
- Close-Out
- Execute contracts and Work Directives.
- Identify stale information in Contract Management System (Ivalua) and follow-up with Contract
- Specialist(s), to keep Ivalua current.
- Solicit and compile data / information, carry out analytics, generate and share reports
- Supporting the team in developing presentation slides and coordinating meetings with internal
- customers and external contractors.
- Tracking and following up on team action items/issues.
**Qualifications and Professional Experience**
- Must be enrolled in a Business Administration, Commerce, or Science program, ideally with a focus in Supply Chain Management, or Project Management with an accredited institution, preferably in 3rd year of studies.
- Organized, self-starter that can work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Approaches challenges with mental tenacity and ability to overcome resistance and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Prepared to visit the field and work safely.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
The expected pay range for this position is **$22.23**to **$**27.99** CAD per hour.
