We are a leading dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and financial tasks that are critical to the smooth operation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable: Manage patient accounts, including processing payments, billing, and tracking outstanding balances.
- Insurance Tracking: Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, follow up on unpaid claims, and ensure accurate processing of insurance payments.
- Patient Communication: Provide patients with information regarding billing and insurance.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, assist with office organization, and provide general clerical support to the dental team.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, track patient payment histories, and assist with monthly revenue reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure that all practices are in compliance with industry standards, privacy laws, and insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

How to Apply:
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
