Generations Family Dental in St Albert are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Administrator to join our team. We are a busy practice that is very high on quality of patient care, friendly and kind communication to patients and colleagues and a very team oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in dental terminology and dental procedures
- Previous experience as a Dental Administrator is necessary
- Strong administrative skills including organizing a very busy schedule with multiple providers
- Knowledge of Cleardent is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
