**What you'll do**:
As an Accounting Generalist, you will be responsible for various financial functions within in the Toronto Corporate Office. These include preparing the Income Audit; assisting the Corporate Accountants in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations; processing, reconciling and analyzing accounts payable; as well as other accounting and auditing functions.
**The responsibilities of this position include**:
- Prepare and post daily income journal for Hospitality properties.
- Reviewing, preparing and posting monthly Journal entries.
- Process accounts payable for Hospitality properties.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for Hospitality properties on a monthly basis.
- Assist with General Cashier duties as required.
- Assist with Account Receivable duties as required.
- Please note this position may require some travelling to Larco Hospitality Hotels in Toronto.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must have solid communication, analytical, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, complemented by a recognized certificate or degree in accounting and/or hospitality.
- Some coursework towards accreditation by a professional accounting body are also valued.
- Must be detail oriented, have the ability to successfully multi-task
- Ability to reconcile and analyze multiple accounts from several properties.
- Expertise with Excel and other Microsoft Office features is essential.
- Familiarity with Aptech Profitvue, ADACO and Yardi is desirable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
