**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to develop comprehensive project estimates for industrial and commercial electrical installations, including the management of scope changes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Assist in the development and coordination of project schedules, including the deployment of field crews, subcontractors, and commissioning activities to meet project timelines.
- Monitor weekly schedules to optimize the utilization of field resources and minimize potential downtime.
- Prepare and present regular pipeline and progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, updates, and potential risks.
- Audit actual project costs against initial estimates, analyze variances, and provide insights to support effective budget control and forecasting.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement and delivery logistics of electrical materials, tools, and site equipment.
- Manage essential project documentation, including maintaining organized records and filing permits.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate from Electrical or Technical College or University Program.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word is essential.
- Familiarity with electrical products, parts, and tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
