Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a Part-Time Home Health Care Specialist to join our team in our Port Colborne location. The Home Health Care Specialist supports the team by assisting our patients with their home health care needs while providing excellent customer service We are a family run community pharmacy with locations across the Niagara Region - Port Colborne, Niagara Falls, Fonthill, Ridgeway and Grimsby.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with their home health care needs including, but not limited to: scooters, lift chairs, walkers, bathroom safety, bracing, ostomy supplies, wound care, etc.;
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and other community members;
- Process government billing options for customers such as WSIB, ODSP, etc.;
- Create quotes when necessary;
- Accurately measure and fit clients for proper equipment or product when necessary;
- Maintain sufficient inventory levels;
- Merchandise inventory appropriately to encourage and promote sales;
- Keep an orderly and organized work environment;
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma in a relevant program (OTA/PTA, PSW, Nursing, etc.);
- Medical item knowledge;
- Medical billing knowledge an asset;
- Proficiency with computer software programs (Microsoft Office, PharmaClik Rx, etc.);
- Excellent listening and communication skills;
- Excellent customer service;
- Motivated, driven personality with the ability to take initiative;
- Ability to work in more than one of our store locations;
- Ability to work one weekend per month;
- Ability to work independently but also as a team;
- Ability to develop customer relations within the community;
- Ability to navigate changing responsibilities throughout the day;
- Ability to lift 40 lbs;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
