**Position Overview**

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in an administrative and financial support role. You will serve as the **first point of contact** for visitors and clients while managing essential bookkeeping duties to keep our office running efficiently.

**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Reception Duties**
- Serve as the face of the office, greeting clients and handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office organization, document filing, and supply management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Assist with general office tasks and provide administrative support to the team.

**Bookkeeping & Financial Support**
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll using **QuickBooks**.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Track expenses, generate reports, and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices.
- Support financial processes and compliance with internal policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **1-3 years of experience** in office administration, reception, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks** and financial record-keeping.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent **organization and multitasking skills** in a professional office setting.
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to **work independently**, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an added bonus.
