We’re looking for a **dependable Labourer** to assist with residential renovation projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow, also perfect for the experienced carpenter looking to work less hours. This is a steady, **part-time position**with flexible hours, working 2 - 4 days a week.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist with demolition, site prep, and general clean-up of residential renovation projects
- Load, unload, and move building materials and tools
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision & independently (measuring, cutting, assembling, installation)
- Installation of flooring, trim, framing, drywall, painting, windows & doors, or other renovation tasks as needed.
- Use hand and power tools safely and responsibly.
- Follow instructions from the site supervisor and senior tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure personal & company tools are in good working condition and secured daily.
- Follow all health & safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Communicate clearly and work respectfully in clients’ homes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Some experience in **residential construction**, renovations, or general labour is an asset.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must have own basic hand tools and PPE (CSA-approved work boots, hard hat, safety glasses).
- Basic understanding of job site safety practices (WHMIS or other safety training is an asset).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
