**RETAIL SALES LEADER & TEAM LEAD**

As an energetic people-helper and proven leader, you’re needed for a growing funky plant, lifestyle and decor store with café located near downtown Edmonton. An exciting opportunity, this position promises growth and challenges as an integral part of a lively and creative team. Zocalo is a colourful courtyard, garden floral store that is unlike any in the mall strip, but promises you many opportunities to grow in an interesting, fun and fast-paced environment.

Essential skills: People-person extraordinaire. Driven customer-service skills. Sales excellence and experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse team. At least 5 years retail or related experience. Team leadership and mentorship experience.

Assets: Retail sales experience and product knowledge/excellence in tableware, têxtiles, floral or courtyard/garden. Barista/food-service/restaurant experience. E-commerce sales experience/operations an asset.

A full time position. Weekend availability required. Salary, bonuses and benefits commensurate with experience and proven success.
