**More about the Position**

We are looking for an individual with strong business process consulting expertise to join our Implementation team. This is a remote position.
- Conduct Organizational Readiness Assessments that cover the following:

- Create and execute client questionnaires, interviews and discovery sessions to map detailed current state business processes
- Capture business workflows in MS Visio flowcharts
- Build BPRDs (Business Process Requirements Documents) for client review and sign off
- Conduct Gap/Risk Assessments of current state and propose future state systems and workflow recommendations
- Support client-side implementation activities:

- Provide functional and business requirements to vendor teams
- Oversee client-side configuration activities and provide quality assurance
- Support and oversee client-side testing activities for UAT, unit, parallel and regression testing including leading test case development efforts
- Support go-live and post-implementation exceptions handling and troubleshooting activities

**_Competencies:_**
- Strong experience with MS Visio, Excel, Word is a must
- Experience working with HRIS/HCM and/or ERP systems is recommended
- Solid foundation in SaaS and cloud-based systems
- Ability to gather and interpret client business needs and communicate requirements to vendors, etc.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues.
- Ability to prioritize / plan work activities and manage multiple projects with a focus on results. Monitors and ensures project activities are progressing as scheduled (and within defined scope).
- Displays strong verbal and written communication. Communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully with diverse audiences. Strong listening skills.
- Strong people skills. Build trust and relationships and create a collaborative/consultative style with clients. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team/colleagues.
- Strong oral and written communications.

**_ Education/Experience:_**
- Knowledge of leading HCM, Payroll and Time systems (SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, UltiPro etc.). and/or ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, SAP) experience, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Eco
