We are currently seeking an **experienced Carpenter Foreman** to join our growing team. If you are a skilled carpenter with leadership abilities, take pride in delivering top-quality results, and enjoy mentoring and managing a team, this opportunity is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate experience in **exterior framing, rot repair, and balcony/deck restoration.**
- Perform general renovation tasks, including but not limited to:

- **Demolition and disposal**:

- **Framing**:

- **TriM/Finish carpentry**:

- **Drywall boarding, taping, and mudding**
- Coordinate on-site construction activities with crews and subcontractors.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to ensure **safe work procedures** are understood and consistently followed.
- Implement and uphold **NB Benny's safety programs** on job sites.
- Collaborate with the NB Benny’s team, engineers, designers, and inspectors to meet project requirements and standards.
- Complete all necessary **daily paperwork** promptly and accurately on company software
- Understand and follow **site productivity goals and project schedules..**
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyman certification is an asset
- Strong understanding of renovation and exterior restoration processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T5S 1K4
