**Luxury Sales Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting customers with their purchase decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and follow-up.
- Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of our luxury products to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products.
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of luxury home furnishings and décor is an asset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
