Marketing Strategist

About Us:
We are a packaging industry leader in the B2B ecommerce space, delivering nationwide to foodservice, bakery, and retail sectors. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist to develop and execute campaigns that grow online B2B sales.
What You Will Do:
Design and implement marketing strategies for online B2B product sales.
Identify target customer segments and create campaigns to reach and convert them.
Coordinate with the Procurement Analyst to ensure promotions align with product availability.
Track campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
Optimize online content, promotions, and channels to increase engagement and repeat sales.
What You Bring:
Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, community college diploma, or equivalent experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, shopper marketing, CRM, or a related field.
3-4 years of relevant work experience.
2. Skills Requirements
Proficient with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with experience in Adobe Commerce.
Proficient in Google Analytics.
Ability to use Visio or similar flowchart tools; experience with SAP and Adobe design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Analytical & Execution Abilities
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing strategy, particularly in B2B product sales.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
