Pho 54 is hiring part-time / full-time servers. Pho 54 is a new Vietnamese restaurant located in downtown Campbell River. We stride to provide our customer great food and an outstanding experience each time they visit.
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering orders efficiently and accurately. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders from guests
- Serving orders promptly and accurately
- Packaging online and call-in orders
- Handling cash transactions and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Restocking FOH items
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Opening/Closing tasks depending on shift
To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Serving It Right, or willing to obtain within 2 months
- Cash handling experience to handle transactions accurately
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity in using POS terminals
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
