Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. is looking for a reliable labourer to help repair and maintain apartments. The General Labourer would report to the Property Manager.

**Duties**:

- Entering tenanted units to assess and repair maintenance issues
- Reporting back to property manager on results, and ensure follow ups are properly scheduled
- Complete work orders in a time-efficient manner
- Participate in renovating vacant units and ensure timelines are respected
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace while on the job site
- Develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with tenants, management and fellow team members
- Other duties as directed by property manager

Repairs may include but not be limited to:

- demolition
- cutting grass
- weed wacking
- changing toilets
- painting units
- mudding and drywalling
- dump runs
- minor plumbing
- groundskeeping (picking up garbage, shoveling)
- and more

**Experience**:

- Experience in the operation of power tools and hand tools is preferred.
- Experience in the use of power tools and power equipment that includes but is not limited to: power saws, drills, grinders, saws, grinders, sanders, air hammers, hand tools such as chisels and wrenches.
- Experience with repairs is preferred.
- Must have a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck)
- Must have a cell phone
- Own their own tools

We service all of Sudbury including Valley-East, Chelmsford etc.

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
